Description
We are looking for a Site Manager to join our technical office in Cortina d’Ampezzo. The position will have the following responsibilities:
- Site management
- Active and passive accounting for the site
- Compiling Purchase Requests
- Managing relationships with the works management
- Managing relationships with the client
- Managing safety
- Managing subcontractors
- Personnel management (planning for personnel, machines, and equipment)
- Defining, implementing, and adhering to the site schedule
Schedule and Location
The candidate will be hired with a permanent contract, full time (40h) according to the relevant level regulated by the National Collective Labor Agreement for Construction and Crafts. The position will be based in Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Requirements
- Surveyor Diploma or Building / Industrial Technician Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or higher qualifications.
- Previous experience, even partial, in managing construction site projects for new construction or restoration.
- Computer skills (Office Suite, AutoCAD, Primus).
- Knowledge of technical drawing (reading, construction details).
- Proficiency in formal language appropriate to the context.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with management roles.
