We are looking for a Head of “Mechanical and Electrical Systems Technical Office” to support the needs of infrastructure, industrial, and civil projects, mainly in the province of Padua and surrounding areas, with civil projects also in the Municipality of Cortina. Reporting directly to the company’s General Manager, the selected individual will be responsible for:

• Managing projects at a technical, executive, and productive level.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and the Project Management.
• Identifying optimal technical solutions to reduce construction costs.
• Managing potential dispute situations.

The candidate will be hired with a permanent contract, full time (40h) according to the relevant level regulated by the Construction and Crafts National Collective Labor Agreement. The candidate will be available to work at the Padua and Cittadella locations.

• • Degree in Hydraulic Engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience in the role of at least 5 years and specific experience in construction site management for at least 10 years.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and planning abilities.

  • Inclination for collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a team.

  Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Office suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Access) are required. Knowledge of Primus software is appreciated.
