We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Head of the Technical Office for Structures, with the aim of providing support for the needs of infrastructure and industrial projects located in the province of Padua and surrounding areas. In this position, the selected person will report directly to the company’s General Manager and will be responsible for:

• Coordinating project activities at technical, executive, and production levels.
• Managing relationships with clients and the Project Management.
• Identifying optimal technical solutions to optimize construction costs.
• Managing potential dispute situations.

The candidate will be hired with a permanent contract, full time (40h) according to the relevant level regulated by the Construction and Crafts National Collective Labor Agreement. The candidate will be available to work at the Padua and Cittadella locations.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Previous experience in the role of at least 5 years and specific experience in construction site management for at least 10 years.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and planning abilities.

Interpersonal skills:

• Inclination for collaboration.
• Ability to work in a team.

Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Office suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Access) are required. Knowledge of Primus software is appreciated.
