The interested party may exercise the rights referred to in Art. 15 (Right of access by the data subject), 16 (Right to rectification), 17 (Right to erasure), 18 (Right to restriction of processing), 19 (Notification obligation regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing), 20 (Right to data portability), 21 (Right to object) and 22 (Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making) of EU Reg. 2016/679, as well as the right referred to in Art. 7, para. 3, of EU Reg. 2016/679 to withdraw consent without prejudicing the processing carried out based on the consent previously given and the right referred to in Art. 77 of EU Reg. 2016/679 to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
It is communicated that the exercise of the rights of the interested party referred to in the aforementioned articles, such as the right to erasure or objection, is subject to the limits imposed by the reference regulations (DPCM February 22, 2016 Articles 56, 57 and DPCM October 24, 2014, Art. 7) regarding the obligations of personal data retention.
